Towneplace Suites by Marriott Clearwater in Clearwater Florida

Got there...no hot water. Got in suite...air conditioning didn't work. Was told to "open windows!" Misleading "Totally Renovated"...NOT AT ALL!

I stayed at this hotel last week on a Marriott Reward stay and it did not measure to Marriott quality. The room had a mildew, moldly smell to it, the carpets were dirty in the hallsways as well as the room. I would not stay in this hotel again unless I had no other choice.

My room was dirty, the rugs, couch and bedding was worn-out and the kitchen stove was not working. The front desk man gave me other people's rooms twice (while the people were inside). I checked out the next day and will never return.
