The lobby was a beautiful marble and tile making a crisp clean appearance. The front desk people were polite but not overly friendly. The rooms were available on two floors and all relatively convenient to the pool. The pool was attractive with large simulated boulders and archway. During peak pool-time there was often a struggle to find available lounge chairs. I slipped getting into the pool just as my husband, immediately in front of me, turned to say the steps were slippery. I was in extreme pain, my toes and ankle were swollen for a week. The staff offered a free drink or bottle of water as I was icing my foot. I'm sure they were thinking law suit. But in all honesty, the steps should have additional tread to prevent this obvious issue. I a.m. a pool owner myself and a.m. aware of the precautions that should be taken.

Very nice curb appeal. Beautiful lobby and guest room appeared fresh clean and nicely detailed.

I slipped on the first pool step just as my husband was saying the steps were slippery. My toes and ankle were swollen for a week.

We had requested a 1st floor, near lobby & elevator & poolside view room and received none of them. I had a 7, 4, & 2 year old and 10 pieces of large furniture to roll to the room (3rd floor), and for one night. The staff was GREAT! And the location was wonderful, but due to the construction, we couldn't get anything we requested. Especially a 1st floor poolside room.

The pool and Jacuzzi were so tranquil, I loved it immensely!

When we arrived into our room the lamp shade was broken.

After a fun-filled, busy day of shopping, sightseeing, touring, or returning from a cruise, guests can dine at the Hotels Flamingo Restaurant which overlooks the main waterfall and pool, or relax at the Flamingo Lounge and Tiki Bar. The best part of it all would be the colorful, tropical-themed comfortable rooms that await guests at the end of the day.

The Radisson Resort at the Port in Cape Canaveral is especially a good place to stay for visitors anticipating going out on a cruise. The complimentary Shuttle to the cruise ships is appreciated, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Guests enjoy the tropical theme and color schemes, although some guests find the facility to be a little Disney-ish with so much activity going on (large groups, weddings, crowded pool) that it was actually hard to relax. Overall, the Resort pleases everyone with the extremely cozy-comfy beds, peaceful rooms, lush landscaping, and friendly staff service.
