The 153-room Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota Riverfront is adjacent to downtown Bradenton and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this five-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are three meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 400 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the South Florida Museum, the John and Mabel Ringling Museum, the Gulf Coast beaches, St. Armands Circle, Anna Maria Island Beach and shopping at Prime Outlets at Ellenton and at the Brandon Town Center Mall.

This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn. It got good reviews then and it gets even better reviews now that is has been updated and become a top quality Courtyard by Marriott. Guests here were delighted with the location on the Manatee River and were impressed with the well equipped rooms and the team of responsive, efficient and friendly employees. All the guestrooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer.
