This hotel is in a nice location. The balcony was too small and the elevators smelled terrible. Otherwise the view of the river was beautiful; room's decent size and they had convenient late check out without incurring additional cost. It was very nice!

The lobby and view of the water was beautiful.

The balcony was tiny.

We had a very nice 1 night stay. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

Convenient parking without fees.

Some of the common areas are a bit dated and need renovation.

The 153-room Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota Riverfront is adjacent to downtown Bradenton and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn. It got good reviews then and it gets even better reviews now that is has been updated and become a top quality Courtyard by Marriott. Guests here were delighted with the location on the Manatee River and were impressed with the well equipped rooms and the team of responsive, efficient and friendly employees. Most clients had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and said they would stay here themselves on their next visit to Floridas Gulf Coast.
