Although the hotel was a lot further than where I wanted to stay, it was not hard to find or get to and the price was right. I really enjoyed the stay and I didn't see anything negative about the hotel itself.

The room was very spacious and the surrounding sites were very beautiful.

The area was a lot further than I really wanted to stay. I primarily wanted to be in fort Myers. Restaurant prices in my opinion were high.

This resort was fabulous!! Everything about it is upscale and would give any Ritz Carlton a run for its money! The staff is very courteous and willing to please. The front desk's aim was to please and do a great job at it!

Fabulous hotel and accommodations! Everything is deluxe and upscale.

Food and drink prices are high, but it is a resort and that is to be expected.

What a fabulous resort of the gulf coast of Florida. Just 2 hours from Miami, Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale. Remote yet in the middle of suburbia. Great spa, great for romance or family. Key West style out door restaurant for lunch. Private beach island, water slide, spa, bar, and live band at night. Would recommend this fabulous resort to all.

Tranquil, luxurious, fun, relaxing, shopping, and dining.

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa on southwest Floridas Gulf Coast is brimming with activities for the perfect seaside vacation. The 454-room luxury resort is set in 26 lush acres on Estero Bay. It boasts a world-class spa, championship golf course and private beach. You can play tennis, plunge into one of three pools, climb a rock wall or kayak through the mangroves. Throughout the day the resort operates a water taxi service to its private beach on Big Hickory Island. The island is noted for its white soft sand and more than 400 types of sea shells.

All of the guestrooms have a large work table, comfortable armchair and a choice of one king or two double beds. Bathrooms come with a marble vanity and hairdryer. Other amenities include Internet access, 25 inch or larger TV, cable channels and videos on demand, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and in-room safe.

The resort has seven restaurants and bars ranging from the casual poolside dining at Corkscrew to fine dining at its award-winning Tanglewood restaurant. Live entertainment is available at the Tarpon Bay restaurant which is set out into the water. Camp Coconut offers fun and adventure throughout the day for younger guests. The fitness center at the resorts Stillwater Spa is open 24-7 and the spa offers a full line of body and beauty treatments. The 18-hole golf course designed by Raymond Floyd operates from November thru April.

Many previous visitors here say they would definitely return for another vacation. The natural surroundings of the resort were a major plus. Those who tired of the beach or pool enjoyed excursions to nearby shopping, the Everglades, casinos and visiting Naples and Fort Meyers. Dining throughout the property got lots of praise as did the friendly and attentive staff.
