The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever met. Also the buffet was wonderful. It had more chose than any I have ever been to before.

Stayed here while I helped my 89 year old parents settle into their mobile home park for the winter. Will definitely stay again. This place is absolutely spotless and you could not ask for a nicer staff. Continental Breakfast a very nice amenity!

The parents stayed in a hotel while the students visited FGCU for orientation by actually sleeping in the dorms. THE HOTEL WAS THE PERFECT PARENT ACCOMMODATION. THE NIGHT CLERK WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND WALKING TO PERKINS FOR BITE TO EAT WAS PLEASANT. ALWAYS COME BACK!!!! THANK YOU, Kathy Peers West Palm Beach, FL

We used this hotel as a base for visiting Marco Island and Sanibel Island. It was very close to the beach ? and the rate was much lower then the beach front resorts. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff was accommodating. The carpets did need a good cleaning. There is a great choice of restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. The room had a small fridge and microwave ? perfect for a family with small kids.

Hotel staff very unprofessional when asked about things that needed to be fixed. Would tell you to stay away from here. Hotel not maintained very well. Pool is in the shade. Carpet and rooms dirty.
