My stay was perfect.

While the staff was very friendly, on numerous occasions they disappointed both me and my significant other. I had followed the instructions to decline the morning paper by returning the decline notice to the front desk less than 20 minutes after checking in, but still received the paper each weekday morning even after brining it up after the first paper was received. I had followed the hotels instructions again when requesting breakfast (room service) for the 2nd morning of my stay, and the request was never collected from my door. The instructions listed that I should place the order on my door before midnight the night before. I placed the order on the door before 7:00 pm, 5 hours before the deadline. I had also requested a wake up call for that same morning, and while it was a pleasant recording, the call came 20 minutes late. The outdoor bar staff was friendly as well, but the service was much below average. She asked us to repeat our order numerous times due to her forgetfulness, and still managed to give me the incorrect cocktail. Again, the room itself was wonderful, the bathroom was beautiful, and the internet connectivity was fabulous, but the staff needs a considerable amount of training, or needs to be re trained. I would visit again, but only if I were able to obtain the same rate, and have recommended the hotel to my family, but again, only if they are able to secure a room at the rate I received.
