The 91-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boca Raton is an extended stay hotel ideal for the business traveler and equally suited for families touring South Florida. The pet-friendly non-smoking property is close to both Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach International Airports. Items included with the reasonable room rates are local phone calls and faxes, a morning newspaper, parking and use of a copying machine. For the executive the hotel is close to several business parks and for the vacationer it is a short drive to the beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.

Families found this to be an affordable and friendly place to stay. The full kitchen meant that many meals could be prepared in the suite, thus saving money and time. All the suites are air conditioned and come with a complete kitchen. Additional equipment, including electric mixers, blenders and cookie sheets is available at reception. Other amenities include high-speed Internet access, dual-line telephone with voicemail, cable television with movie channels and a hairdryer.

The 24-hour front desk can help with copying and fax needs and provide information on area events and attractions. There is no restaurant, but there are numerous places to eat within a short drive.

From West Palm Beach International Airport: Take I-95 South to Boca Raton exit 48 (Yamato Road). Go west on Yamato Road 1/8 mile. Turn right onto 8th Avenue (look for Arvida Park of Commerce as there is no sign that says NW 8th Ave). Make first right and hotel will be on the right side. From Ft. Lauderdale International Airport or Miami International Airport: Take I-95 North South to Boca Raton exit 48B (Yamato Road). Go west on Yamato Road 1/8 mile. Turn right onto 8th Avenue (look for Arvida Park of Commerce as there is no sign that says NW 8th Ave). Make first right and hotel will be on the right side.
