I would recomend this room to a group of cash strapped spring breakers who will spend very little time in the room.
The air conditioning worked.
I had to share the bathroom with ants.

The location was great for our purposes. It was in between the beach and our son's school. The staff was polite. It was a basic hotel room. My parents stayed at the same hotel two months before but paid twice as much as we did.

There were three young people next door. Any time we left the room they were asking for cigarettes and for using our cell phones.

This is far from being the best hotel in Boca Raton but we still give it the YES rating thanks to its affordable rates in a high-priced area and the work of the front desk personnel who try hard to provide friendly and efficient service. Several guests reported sloppy housekeeping and the need for additional supplies. Many clients said they would stay here again while others said they would look elsewhere the next time they were in South Florida. Words of advice from those who have stayed here: Get a room at the back of the hotel and avoid the noise from the main highway in front of the property.
