The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall is located in one of the most upscale areas of Miami, adjacent to the Aventura Mall, and comprises 191 studio, one and two-bedroom suites each suite with a full kitchen. Items included with the room rate at this nine-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 120 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino. Sunny Isles Beach, Calder Race Track, Dolphins Stadium, tours of the Everglades and shopping at Loehman's Fashion Center and the adjoining Aventura Mall.

All of the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional oven and microwave oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, in-room safe, two line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, television with cable movie and news channels, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
