Great resort if the weather is decent to be outside and enjoy the land/water. This place is HUGE; our villa was a mile to restaurants/shops and you must depend on resort's unreliable tram, your feet, bike or cart. Good weather = enjoyable excercise. Cold weather = rental car. Staff was confused and mediocre perhaps due to the "gratuity included" program and lack of geographic training. You receive a handy hotel credit card that you payoff when you leave. But, the card HAD to be presented before receiving service, "Do you know where..." Staff Answer, "Do you have a card?"
