This is by far and away the nicest all around stay away from home that one could hope for! Great breakfast! Nice staff, large clean rooms!

I was a little nervous booking this room because it was in downtown (never been to wilmington before) and Courtyard is supposed to cater to business travelers, we were traveling with an 11 mo old. It was a great hotel for us, room big enough for play space and crib, parking was FREE. Only bad part was breakfast at the hotel was expensive and we couldn't find anyplace within walking distance that was descent.
