Overall I would recommend this hotel. It's relatively nice.

I liked the location and the appearance of the outside.

We were place in a non smoking room, but it smelled as if it had been smoked in.

Right next door to a great water park and just a hop to boardwalk. Very nice staff and very nicely furnished.

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly an helpful the pool area was family friendly and the continental breakfast was filling. the location was close to the beach but not too close so it was easy to relax.

This is a very popular hotel with visitors to Rehoboth Beach. Those who have stayed here say it is one of the friendliest hotels on the coastal highway. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rates are reasonable for the great location, just a mile from the boardwalk and beach. Many guests were impressed with the complimentary hot breakfast buffet and say they cannot wait to return to this Holiday Inn Express.
