I was working at the University of Delaware, so this was quite a distance from there. However, it was worth the ride. It was a great place to relax after work. I felt safe and the room was well lit for reading. The king size bed was comfortable and the furniture and carpet was clean and luxurious. Pillows could be firmer.

The furniture, bedding, bathroom and lighting.

I liked everything.

When we came down the next morning to re-register she remembered us immediately all went smooth and she saw to it that we kept our same room. Everything was clean, there was lots of info in the room which included a special restaurant/cab delivery service which we did not use but found it was a good option to have.

Felt welcome, very pleasant environment, clean sheet program, new rooms.

Wasn't very comfortable watching TV from bed and smoke alarm went off during the night about 3:00 a.m. for about 10 minutes.

Rooms were clean, and nicely furnished.

The lobby's on each floor were dark and dingy.

This Courtyard gets many good reviews about its clean, comfortable rooms, affordable rates, and a crew of employees that is both efficient and friendly. There were problems getting to the hotel because of construction on I-95 but when that is completed, those complaints will stop. Tip from former guests: The rollaway desk makes an ideal dining table if you have a meal delivered to your room. Most clients say they will use this hotel on future visits to the area and they had said they would recommend the hotel to family and friends.
