I was impressed with the overall look of this hotel. The room was clean and attractive. The room had no window and I enjoy looking out to check the weather. I left the room to find out it was raining and I went back to get a hat. I took a nap only to wake up to the sound of music. Someone was playing music below the room I was in. I dismissed that incident only to find that when I came in later that night, someone was having a party with loud music in the banquet hall below our room. The hotel was not crowded when I checked in. They could have given us a room in a quiet area, on another floor; but no! The lady at the front desk was very aware of the room she gave us. The reason I said that was because, once she said our room number, the hotel waiter came over to remind her about a party of 50 people who rented the banquet room which was below our room. The hotel attendant still gave us the room that was overtop of the banquet hall. I could have enjoyed my night there if not for the party going on below my room. By the time I fail asleep it was 1:30am.For those who check in to this hotel, ask for rooms which are not above the banquet halls.

The beds were very comfortable. Convenient location, safety, Family-Friendly.

No Window. My room was above one of the banquet rooms. Saturday night in the banquet room someone had a party which went on until 1:30am.

The Sheraton is conveniently located. The staff helped us when we asked for their assistance but otherwise they seemed preoccupied and distant. Fortunately we did not need much help. I really appreciated the quiet throughout the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. We did not dine in the hotel restaurant, Chops" as we thought it rather pricey. There are however lots of restaurants within a minute or two from the hotel. Overall our experience was a good one.

The room was clean and quiet.

Nothing to say in the negative.

Earlier complains that this hotel was shabby and tired have stopped now that the property has undergone a major renovation. Now clients say it is a great place to stay. Many were impressed by the warm greeting they got at the front desk and the helpful information they were given about the area. There were some gripes that the bathrooms were small. Despite this most clients said they would stay at this hotel again and recommend the property to fellow travelers.
