For it's star ratings it was an excellent. Everything was clean, and it had an very good continental breakfast, including self-cook serve waffles, but only 1 fruit choice.

Excellent extended continental breakfast.

The room doors slammed too easily, very loudly.

This was a convenient place to stay since we had a 6:00 a.m. flight. However, we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. The parking spaces were very small, almost had to park every other space to be able to easily get in and out of doors and you were out of luck if you came in late.

Location next to airport, still quiet.

Very plain, worn carpets.

This hotel was very convenient with its close proximity to the airport, car rental venues and dining. The ala carte breakfast offerings are better than most small hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well kept and nicely furnished. They even have LCD televisions.

The staff was very accommodating of our early arrival and also kind. Room was well-kept.

The outer appearance is a little misleading. Looks better inside than out.

Its proximity to the most important corporate offices in the region and business parks makes it a great choice for business travelers. Parents and children will enjoy a visit to the New England Air Museuam and to the Basketball Hall of Fame. The staff at the front desk will help you with all your needs at any time. If short of cash, hit the ATM machine on the premises. If you need to kill some time, you can have some coffee and read the complimentary newspaper in the lobby. If needing to buy a gift for your loved ones and you are short of time, stop by the in door shopping area, you'll surely find something that they'll like.

Great location near the airport. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is very satisfying. The shuttle runs all night so that is most convenient. The Park and fly package is a plus.
