This hotel is obviously old outside, but the lovely room was decorated in flowery blues & whites. Lots of feather pillows and a warm, downy comforter! Cool clock radio, fragrant shampoos. Bathrobes in closet for use or sale, nice touch! Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable leather chairs in lobby but fake fireplace. Breakfast buffet was fine, no restaurant for dinner. Pool water didn't look clear. Hot saunas! Used (only one) internet laptop in lobby. Covered, but drafty, catwalk between front and main buildings. Birds dwelled in outdoor hallway. Attractive photo exhibit and grand piano in main bldg. Westport was a bit far from Norwalk, our destination. Worth the $.

The feathered bed comforter was toasty.

The pool water appeared to be turbid and light green.
