It is a very good place to stay if you need an extra room, and if you don't eat out a lot. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and it is always a great place to stay.

The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly.

No exhaust fans in the bathroom.

The 94-all suites Residence Inn by Marriott Southington is designed for the extended stay leisure or business traveler and each suite features full kitchens, separate living, sleeping and work areas. The non-smoking, pet-friendly property is located close to the offices of ESPN and The Hartford, the Cheshire Industrial Park, Bristol Business Park and Lake Compounce. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, and parking. The inn also has weekly barbecues and evening hospitality hours. The four-story property has two meeting room for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests.

This inn earned many good comments from executives, who liked the additional space, and families on vacation who were able to utilize the kitchen and save on the cost of eating out every night. There were some complaints that the pool should be a little larger. Efficient and friendly employees were a major asset, according to those who have stayed here.
