Great.

Free breakfast and drinks in the evening, computer and printer in the lobby to use.

The maids did not look under the bed and under curtains for things left by other guests.

Very convenient location for business travelers in the Hartford area, as well as leisure travelers, as it is close to several attractions. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for business travelers or families, with kitchenette in rooms, and free breakfast included in price. Nice pool, hot tub, and fitness center for exercise & relaxation.

Extremely convenient location two minutes from interstate. Nice amenities: kitchenette in room, pool, hot tub, & free breakfast.

Breakfast host was efficient, but not very friendly.

Travelers to Rocky Hill who stayed at this Residence Inn said they had an excellent time. The suites were very spacious, the beds extra comfy and the employees provided helpful and efficient service. Many clients said the kitchens were well equipped and enabled some home cooked meals. Most guests were impressed with the complimentary breakfast and said they would certainly use this hotel on future visits to the area. The only negative comment was the pool was small but the smiles and help from the front desk more than compensated for that.
