Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and business associates. This far exceeded my expectations for accommodations at a Holiday Inn. Good job!

Excellent accommodations. Very nice room. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.

Shuttle driver was not very friendly. Shower was a bit cramped.

Very close to Mohegan Sun, and Fox woods Casino's easily accessible from I-395.

This was the best hotel we've stayed in, worldwide. It was attractive, had great food, and the friendly, warm and helpful staff were extraordinary.

The staff all treated us as if we were guests in their own home.

We liked it totally.

This is one of the best places to stay in Norwich according to frequent visitors to this Connecticut town. Many guests were impressed by the spotlessly clean and spacious rooms and appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the Mohegan Sun Casino. There were good reviews too for the friendly team of workers who took are of problems promptly. The property gets many repeat customers and first-time visitors said that this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to the area.
