The 84 all-suites Residence Inn by Marriott Longmont Boulder is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both business and leisure traveler. The pet-friendly inn is close to shopping at Twin Peaks Mall and is a 10-minute drive from downtown Boulder and the University of Colorado. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, evening social hour on Monday through Thursday evenings, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The three-story, non-smoking inn has five meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 25 guests. Corporations with offices close to the property include Seagate, Amgen and IBM. It is a short drive to four golf courses and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

All the suites have a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with conventional and microwave oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work area with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, speakerphone and data ports, pullout sofa bed, cable television with movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.

This inn has an indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, whirlpool, fitness center and sports court. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but the inn does offer a grocery shopping service. Restaurants nearby include an Applebees, Chili’s, Country Buffet and an Outback Steakhouse. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include a coin-operated laundry, fax and copying machines available for guest use, valet dry-cleaning, vending machines and a picnic area with barbecue grill.

From Denver Airport (DEN) 46 miles: Take Pena Boulevard to E470 North. E470 is a toll road and will cost $4 (have correct change to speed up process). From E470, exit I-25 north. Take I-25 north, exit Hwy 119, turn left onto Hwy 119 and go 8.7 miles to Hover Road. Turn right onto Hover Road. Turn left on Clover Basin Drive. Turn left on Dry Creek Drive where the hotel is located.
