Convenient location, friendly staff, above average breakfast bar, non smoking room turned out to be a smoke filled environment along with hallway, heat & lighting in room was inadequate, forced air unit always appeared to be circulating someone else's cigarette smoke. Inadequate snow/ice removal on walkways & parking lot.

Comfortable beds, upgraded mattresses.

Parking lot & walkways were not cleared of snow/ice.

Travelers who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express say it offered great value for the money. The location was good, near shopping and restaurants, and the happy team of employees had lots of helpful information about sightseeing.
