I would definately stay here again. Nice rooms and very helpful staff. Great view of the mountain. Close to everything.

This hotel is in a wonderful location and it is very easy to get to all of the winter activities offered in Keystone using the resort buses. The room was clean and the view nice. The Yoga class in the Spa was too cold!

Every room has a great view of the mountains. The staff was really friendly. Whenever I needed anything I called guest services and they went above and beyond to help me. I loved my stay and I would love to go back!!!!!!!!

Put in room other end of lodge. Told we'd be away from noise. Think they tried to hide us cause we didn't have the rich look. Had to walk forever to get to evel. even though lots of empty rms closer. Highly overrated but they did give GREAT service when we asked. High priced food but nothing special.

Overpriced as far as the room and at their steak house as well. As a Kansas guy, I expect to be as cool as I want to be on my vacation - not a possibilty at this hotel. Spa and facilities were nice, but outdoor hot tub is need over 2 indoor.

My only complaint is that when we reserved this room, the confirmation email said that we would receive complimentary champagne and chocolates. We got nothing. And when we showed the front desk the confirmation email that said that, they said, "Oh, I'm sorry, that isn't our standard." I think that if you say there will be something that comes complimentary with the room, you better make sure it is there. I was very upset, because I was really looking forward to that being there. And of course we got no kind of compensation for the fact that we didnt get what we were promised.
