The Fairfield Inn is a very comfortable clean and convenient place to stay in Greeley. The hot tub and pool are very nice and are an added comfort. The staff is kind. I was disappointed that upon asking for help to find out about the road conditions. It often snow in Colorado so this should be a number they have to help their our of town customers.

Overall the stay was good, nice indoor pool and a pretty good breakfast. Was not happy with one of the employees reaction to a problem with the room.

Problem w/ the room, one emplyee was just blew it off as nothing when it was serious to us.

My shower drained very slowly. My phone would not stay connected with the earpiece. I turned in both problems every morning and neither ever got fixed.

Breakfast was great.

Most guests who selected this Fairfield Inn for their stay in Greeley said they had a great time. The rooms and entire property are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The helpful crew of workers had lots of helpful hints about sightseeing and dining and shopping venues. There were some who complained that the property could use some additional soundproofing. Despite this many clients had no problem recommending the hotel to fellow travelers and planned to stay here themselves on future visits to northern Colorado.
