Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and parking. Area landmarks and attractions include six golf courses, the Horsetooth Reservoir, the Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Colorado State University, Cache la Poudre-North Park Scenic Byway, the Anheuser Busch Brewery and shopping at the Foothills Mall and the Centera Mall.

Visitors to Fort Collins were delighted with their stay at this Holiday Inn Express. They said the location was good with easy access to the expressway, the rooms were clean and nicely equipped and the team of employees provided efficient and friendly service. Several clients said this was a newer property with reasonable rates and they said they would certainly stay here again. All the rooms and 40 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, two telephones with voicemail, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The suites have the added benefit of a kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator. Connecting rooms are available.

This hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center which is open from 5am until 11pm. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions.
