We stayed here the first night of our 7 day trip through Colorado and South Dakota. My kids compared every other hotel/motel to this one. This was definitely the nicest place we stayed. Not just because of the accommodations, but also because the staff was all so friendly.

The room and breakfast were both very nice!

There was nothing I did not like. It was great.

Nice hotel, conveniently located to shopping & dining. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean suite with well supplied kitchen. Some noisy heavy footed guests above were the only downer. Great breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Collins comprises 113 suites designed for the extended stay business traveler or families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is close to the Poudre River, noted for fly-fishing, and the hiking trails of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, midweek evening receptions with snacks and drinks, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room available for social or business functions that can accommodate 26 guests. Visitors to Fort Collins say that this inn is a great place to stay. The suites are well furnished, comfortable and clean. The rates are reasonable and all the complimentary meals are hot and tasty. The employees are relaxed, friendly and helpful and full of ideas of where to go and what to see. There were some minor complaints about the need to get to the breakfast buffet early while all the items are available. Despite this most clients say they will stay at this Residence Inn again and will recommend the property to others.
