This hotel is very nice, provides all the needed accommodations including a pool and hot tub for the kids. It is easy to find and located across the street from an IHOP, although the hotel provides a nice breakfast which will include meat starting April 2006 as we were told by an employee. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the divided rooms provide a little more space. The hallways and elevator are a little on the cramped side, but still provide function. For a functional stay, it served our purposes very well, though I would not recommend for recreational travel unless your time in the hotel would be limited. The price was very satisfactory for it's function. I would recommend using this Comfort Suites.

There are much nicer hotels on this street, but this hotel is the best value we've found on the south side of Fort Collins. The bedding is attractive with modern duvet covers, but the sheets are noisy whenever someone moves (they are probably a low thread count). The stiff sheets were the only thing we did not like. The two queen beds were comfortable and we liked the larger room with additional sofa area that this chain provides. Breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Desk staff was very efficient. Did not try the pool or hot tub.
Good hotel for the price. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room, with a sofa & coffee table separated from the beds by a sub wall.
The entry/ lobby area is small and not attractive - but who cares? We would rather pay for a comfortable room instead of a fancy lobby.

This hotel is located well off the busy and noisy Harmony corridor. The room was large and clean. Service was good.
The room was large and well furnished. It was clean and attractive.
It did not have an exercise room.

Several guests said this was the best Comfort Suites that they have ever stayed in. This Fort Collins hotel gets great reviews for its spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, reasonable rates and a team of employees that is both efficient and friendly. The hotel gets many repeat clients which is a good recommendation. And there were clients who decided to spend extra days because they enjoyed their stay so much.
