The 156-room Courtyard by Marriott Denver South/Park Meadows Mall is located on the south end of the Denver Tech Center and provides affordable quality accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The four-story, non-smoking hotel has three rooms available for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 70 guests. Items included with the room rate are a shuttle service to shops and businesses within a five-mile radius of the hotel, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include six golf courses, Coors Stadium, the Denver Zoo, Fiddler’s Green, Hudson Gardens, the Coors Brewery and the Denver Art Museum.

All the rooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, pullout sofa bed, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. The bathtubs have spray jets. Video games and players are available for rent.

From Denver Airport (DEN) 35 miles: Take Pena Boulevard to South I-225. Take I-225 to I-25, Exit I-25 South. Take I-25 South to County Line Road Exit, turn left on County Line Road, which becomes Inverness Parkway. Go through three stop lights. Turn right on South Valley Highway Road. The hotel is located on the right hand side at the top of the hill.
