The Comfort Inn in Durango is conveniently located only a few miles from the historical downtown area. A block away from this hotel is a trolley that you can take downtown where you'll find many entertaining activities. If you like live entertainment than you'll enjoy the Diamond Circle Melodrama and Vauderville theater. If you're the outdoor type than you can go hiking on the hiking trails, go biking on the bicycle trail or go fishing in the Animas River. You can also travel 30 miles to the Durango ski resort if you like to ski. You may prefer to stay at the hotel and go swimming in their indoor swimming pool or go to the hot mineral springs that are only five minutes away. There's also two indoor hot tubs. This hotel also welcome groups including clubs, wedding, youth groups, reunions and many other events.
