Customer Reviews for Hyatt Regency Denver

Great Place! - posted on 06/03/2007

Very nice hotel, great location downtown and everything you need to see or do in downtown Denver is in walking distance. The rooms were very nice with no detail gone unnoticed. Flat screen TV in the room with many channels. Great 37th story bar that looks out over downtown Denver. Just a first rate hotel. I will not hesitate staying there in the future.

Wonderful Hotel - Great Location! - posted on 01/08/2007

Great Hotel and Perfect Downtown Location. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Good price for New Years Eve. Had a great Fireworks view from our window. Attended the Bronco Game and never got the car out of parking the entire 3 days. (Great because of the 2-3 ft of snow everywhere!) Denver has great public transportation!

NIce hotel. Alarm in room next door went off at 7 am which woke us up, so much for sleeping in. Be aware that self parking in Hyatt's garage will cost you $21 for one night.

What a disappointment - posted on 09/09/2006

I stayed there two nights in August and I was extremely disappointed. The air conditioning in my room didn't work. Two visits from engineering failed to solve the problem. The hotel was full so I couldn't trade rooms until the second day. The elevators often wouldn't stop on the floor selected. The service at the restaurant was great but the food was terrible. My roast duck was extremely tough and inedible. I am a frequent traveler to Denver and will not stay here again.

Great Hotel! - posted on 09/08/2006

We spent Labor Day Weekend at the Hyatt while visiting our son, who lives in Denver. The appearance, cleanliness, quality of our room, workout/spa area, view, and friendliness of staff was top notch. The parking service was wonderful, but expensive. We will without a doubt stay at this hotel the next time we are in Denver.

Fabulous Facility! - posted on 08/18/2006

We stayed at the Hyatt when it first opened & had an equally wonderful experience. The fitness center has EVERYTHING! Great service, friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Restaurant food was yummy, but service was very slow. The outdoor seating & Colorado sunshine made the wait bearable. Definite recommendation to stay here!

Best Hotel in Denver - posted on 03/06/2006

My husband and I stayed one night on our way to the mountains. I travel extensively for my work and this is one of the best hotels I've every stayed in. Even though they are new everything was of the highest quality. The health club is by far the most well equipped I've ever seen in a hotel. The food at the restaurant was far above most "hotel food" , both for lunch and Sunday buffet. We were greated with smiles by all the staff and called by name. We received an upgrade to a beautiful room and found it to be quite and spacious, modern, clean and an overall positive experience.

Beautiful comtemporary hotel - posted on 01/23/2006

The design of the hotel is contemporary, sophisticated, and resort feeling. Above average, a great value. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The spa, pool, and exercise room were fantastic, very well done. A really unique detail was the recessed flat panel TV in the elevaors cabs. Unique images of nature,etc.. Each room also has a flat panel TV which is a nice extra.

Excellent business hotel - posted on 01/17/2006

This is an excellent business hotel, recently opened next to the convention center. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated, there is ample workspace. Large flat screen TVs are standard. The health club is outstanding - a full range of cardio machines and a full resistance circuit too.

Feel like a princess - posted on 01/12/2006

Once I entered my room, I immediately felt like a princess. The king size bed had more pillows than one could imagine! The lobby and concierge were equally wonderful. We were able to enjoy both restaurants/bars at the hotel and on the 16th Street Mall. A great place to stay in downtown Denver.
