The staff was excellent. Room could have had robes or a refrigerator. Neither my wife nor I found the pillows comfortable at all although the bed was very nice.

The view from our room was amazing.

Most 4 stars include robes/refrigerator/larger closet.

This hotel was very conveniently located next to the Colorado convention center. The room was lovely, but I would have liked to enjoy complimentary internet. The TV connection seemed to be fuzzy. All in all, the maid was very good and the staff was very helpful and kind.

I liked the view from our window.

I did not like the lack of free wireless internet.

This modern 37-storey hotel has 1,100 rooms ideally suited for the businessman visiting the mile high city. The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is in the heart of the citys business and entertainment districts. The hotel has a new FedEx/Kinkos Business Center located on the hotel's lobby which is open from 7am until 7pm Monday through Friday. Leisure travelers will find good rates at the weekends to enjoy downtown while the businessmen stay home. Nearby sights and attractions include the State Capitol, 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square, Cherry Creek Mall, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Paramount Theater, Denver Museum of Nature and Science and Denver Art Museum.

The 37 floors of rooms and suites have unobstructed panoramic mountain views to the south and west. Conventioneers were delighted with this property. Its location adjacent to the Colorado Convention Center is a major plus and the reasonable room prices and friendly service were also appreciated. Many previous visitors were intrigued by the Americana videos played in the elevators. Tips from several who have stayed here: There are several less expensive dining choices within easy walking distance of the hotel and you might find the cost of using the hotel ATM machine is more expensive than others that are available nearby.
