Denver residents and visitors waited decades for a hotel to open in the heart of the luxurious Cherry Creek shopping and entertainment district. In 2004, the wait was rewarded with the opening of the JW Marriott Cherry Creek. The boutique hotel and its signature restaurant, Mirepoix, handsomely reflect the neighborhood’s sense of style and luxury. The 11-story Marriott offers 196 guest rooms and suites, including three concierge floors, with elegant touches such as granite bathrooms with separate showers and a grand staircase leading to the second floor conference center, 9,300-sqare-foot spa and salon, and a private dining facility. Higher floor rooms have views of downtown Denver framed by the mountains to the west and south-facing rooms can see Pikes Peak 80 miles in the distance.

The bathrooms’ marble floors, granite countertops and stand-alone glass shower, plus the down comforters, custom duvets and soft cotton linens win guest’s praise.
