Good: Nice, modern place with lots of lunch spots across the street.Not so good: Difficult to get to without precise directions. No interesting nightspots nearby like one would expect downtown. Fold-out couch was an uncomfortable second bed.Conclusion: OK for price.

I would happily stay in this hotel again as the room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was nice and stocked with utensils and dishes. I shopped at the local grocery store and was able to save on some meal expenses by cooking in the room.
Very good location in relation to downtown.
The outer front door was difficult to exit as the latch would catch.

Great rooms (it had everything, including a dishwasher and a full set of pots & pans) and helpful staff, but the location means that it's a long walk to things like restaurants and stores, and it's on the edge of a run-down neighborhood. I'd stay here again, though. A good hotel if you have a car or don't mind taking cabs.
Great, friendly staff and well-stocked rooms.
The location is convenient if you drive, but not if you walk.

Many guests said this hotel offers tremendous value for money in downtown Denver. Clients enjoyed walks from the hotel to the nearby Civic Center Park and said that the hotel employees were full of helpful information on where to go and what to see. Several clients were surprised how spacious the suites were and said they would certainly use this hotel on future visits to Denver.
