The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as was the lobby.
We arrived with a horse trailer and the parking attendant helped us find a secure parking spot that we could fit in easily, that was a big help!

Everything was very nice the only thing that went wrong was we went to the PBR and it got over at 10:20 pm and the hotel said that the shuttle would be there at 10:40 pm we ended up waiting for over an hour and a half and find out that the shuttle quit running at 9:40pm and then the hotel called us back and told us to get a cab and that they would pay for it which is fine but it was very nice that night the temp was around 0 and the wind was blowing it was just down right cold especially when you have to stand around and wait for something that is not coming so yes I am upset about that but the rest of it was fine.
Big beds and big rooms.
They need to get there shuttle schedule and provider figured out.

I LOVED this hotel. It blew me away from my expectations. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
I was very impressed with the room that they had given me. Much bigger and immaculate from what I would ever expect!
I didn't want to leave!

There are only two somewhat negative factors about the Doubletree Denver: It is not really in downtown Denver, and the free shuttle to downtown only runs every two hours. If these are not deal breakers, the staff at the Doubletree is extremely courteous and helpful. Room service is prompt, and the food in both of the hotel restaurants is pretty good. If you are taking the morning airport shuttle, keep in mind that the Doubletree is a stopover for the crew for Southwest Airlines. With this in mind, get to the shuttle bus as early as possible.
