The pet-friendly TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver Southeast provides economically priced extended stay accommodation suited to both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has 133 one and two-bedroom suites all with separate kitchens and sleeping areas. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is adjacent to a Chili's Restaurant, the Continental Theatre, a grocery store and a local bus station. Nearby landmarks and attractions include the Denver Convention Center, Downtown Denver, Coors Brewery and the U.S. Mint.

Many former guests to this Marriott property appreciated the reasonable prices and a team of efficient and friendly employees. Towneplace Suites by Marriott Denver Southeast Accommodations

All the suites have a kitchen with a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, stove, coffeemaker, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include a work desk with high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie channels, pullout sofa bed, telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and an exercise room. There is no restaurant on site but the hotel offers a grocery shopping service. There are numerous restaurants nearby including a Chili’s, a Benihana and the Fresh Fish Company. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. Other amenities include fax and copying services, a coin-operated laundry, valet dry-cleaning, vending machines and a picnic area with a barbecue grill.

From Denver Airport (DEN) 24 miles: Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 West to I-225 South to I-25 North to Hampden Boulevard. Make a right onto Hampden Boulevard and a right at second stoplight (Monaco Street Parkway). Make a right into the parking lot at the first light. The hotel is next to the Continental Theatre.
