The service is great, but the rooms need updating. Towels are thin.
GREAT HOTEL - posted on 01/24/2007
This was our first stay at The Loews Hotel Chain but it won't be our last. We've stayed at many Major Hotel chains but have never recieved such wonderful service. Our beds were turned down each of our six night stay. The rooms are well arranged and the food was great. The location was also great. We could access Hwy 25 and Hwy70 within a couple minutes. You won't regret you choice to stay at this hotel.
perfect hotel - posted on 01/04/2007
Two couples spent a snowy extended New Years Eve weekend at this beautiful, classy hotel in a great central Cherry Creek location. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a beautiful fire lit and hot cider and cookies offered in the afternoon, and our rooms were luxuriously appointed with great beds and a fabulous view. The concierge made excellent suggestions and we skiied, dined, shopped, saw a movie and play and celebrated in spite (or because) of the snow.
wonderful place - posted on 12/22/2006
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff were extremely well-trained to be extra aware of customer needs, and were genuinely kind to boot. The shuttle got us to and from everywhere we needed to go (from friend's houses, to dinner, to sight-seeing downtown). Hot cider in the lobby! And heaven for pets if you have them...heaven
Thoroughly Wonderful Stay! - posted on 08/30/2006
Knowing the hotel (at least the building) has been there since at least the late eighties, I wasn't sure what to expect (was it an older 4-star in need of updating?). I was shocked at how completely they had managed to update the hotel, down to every last detail. My room seemed brand-new (and so beautifully appointed!). I didn't get a chance to try out the hotel restaurant or bar, but the room service was excellent, if a tad overpriced. Plenty of free parking in their lot, too.

A quiet, comfortable place to prepare for business presentations. Enough luxury to make stay nice, friendly staff.

Great hotel but needs more amenities - posted on 09/28/2005
This hotel needs a pool. Doesn't have much amenities compared to other hotels. Restaurant was nice. The rooms were great and the VIP suite was excellent!

We stayed here after leaving another hoel we found unacceptable to our standards. The hotel was wonderful for the price, with lovely comforatble rooms and exceptional service from the front desk, concierge, and bellmen!
Somewhat disappointing - posted on 10/19/2004
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend on our one year anniversary. I was primarily disappointed in the room, which seemed small, ordinary (i.e. not dissimilar to a Holiday Inn) and not what I would expect for this level of hotel. The bathroom had a regular size bathtub/shower. Overall, the room lacked a "special" feeling.
