We stayed at this hotel as my daughter was singing at the Rockies game and it was her 14th birthday. The girls loved the room and the service from the valet and bar hop. The room was clean and comfortable although we didn't get to enjoy it much. Great location to enjoy attractions in Denver. Will definitley stay again.

We visited the Grand Hyatt for my friends 30th Birthday. The front desk sent a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and chocolates for us to celebrate with before going out on the town. The room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. It was a wonderful experience! We'll be back!

The Hotel was great, PAYING for INTERNET is rediculous since even the dumpy hotels have free wi-fi. No Fridge was kind of silly

Hotel was clean and staff was nice! This hotel has no vending machines, and they nickle and dime you for everything. A can of Pepsi was three dollars and bottle large water was five dollars. The internet is also ten dollars a day while cheaper hotels have free internet. There are no vending machine on site so one must take this price or bring their own items. This is a nice hotel but like I say they nickle and dime you for everything!

I have stayed at other Grand Hyatt hotels where the bathrooms were much nicer in the regular rooms. My bathroom here was very small, shower/tub was tiny and not in good operating condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable and room service was fast. Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to most downtown attractions.

Convenient location, one block from 16th Street Mall, restaurants, etc. Attentive, helpful, staff made for pleasant visit.

There I was, staying at a really nice hotel in downtown Denver. The trip was business related. I was deeply disturbed to find out that renting a room at $*/night is not enough to include internet access.

I stayed the the Grand Hyatt for a conference. The hotel staff was very friendly & professional. The bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. Very nice.

It was a great hotel. Only problem was we requested a smoking room with 1 Kind Bed and when we got there it wasnt that way. They put us on the VIP floor which I liked it was nice overall.

nice friendly staff, great location, clean rooms. Really needs a fan in the bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown and full of friendly people. The lobby and sitting area is very nice. they are doing a great deal of construction that made finding adjacent shops difficult. the rooms were very clean and sapcious. Great bath rooms, big desk, 3 phones. Great beds and pillows too.

Nothing inspiring about this large down town hotel with rather tired decor. Admittedly it's convenient for downtown Denver businesses. At the rate they charge I would expect high-speed internet to be included, but it wasn't

This is a nice hotel with clean nicely appointed rooms. The restaurant has great food and the room service is nice.

Very comfortable beds w/ excellent bathroom. A great place to stay. Within walking distance of many Denver sites. Concierge was great. Expensive parking with valet in/out.

Would definitely stay here again. Everybody was great and friendly. The only critique is the parking situation. There should be other options available, it seemed a bit much for parking in my opinion, but everything else was reasonable.

GREAT hotel...beautifully remodeled, (gorgeous, big lobby area!!), attentive service, wonderful location...our daughter became ill while staying, and they were checking on us as if we were family, helping us out the whole weekend. Only draw back for families traveling with kids is their lack of affordable, on-site, casual dining.
