This hotel is conveniently located near the 16th street mall. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great.

Had to pay $26 a day for parking.

The hotel is nice, especially at the price. Also stayed at the Westin -- a classier hotel, but probably over-priced.

Location to dining.

Screaming group of tweens, put them all on one floor, don't subject other guests to drama.

The Grand Hyatt was centrally located to some of the best restaurants and activities in Denver. A Starbucks and Kinko's shared the property. Gorgeous rooms and hotel lobby.

Fresh clean linens and spacious layout.

The Grand Hyatt Denver Downtown is located in the heart of the Mile High City in the business and financial district within walking distance to many of Denvers best attractions, between 17th and 19th Streets on Welton. The Grand Hyatt was upgraded in brand to Grand status in early 2005, and this property has completed an aggressive three-part, $15 million renovation including upgrades to guest rooms, conference facilities, and lobby.

All 511 guest rooms (including 25 luxury suites) received a soft goods renovation in 2004, including furnishings, carpet, draperies, and wall coverings. Guest rooms measure 392 square feet, one of the largest accommodations in the Rocky Mountain region. Guest rooms also include the brands signature Grand Bed.
