The Grand Hyatt Denver Downtown is located in the heart of the Mile High City in the business and financial district within walking distance to many of Denver’s best attractions, between 17th and 19th Streets on Welton. The Grand Hyatt was upgraded in brand to “Grand” status in early 2005, and this property has completed an aggressive three-part, $15 million renovation including upgrades to guest rooms, conference facilities, and lobby.

Grand Hyatt Denver Accommodations

All 511 guest rooms (including 25 luxury suites) received a “soft goods” renovation in 2004, including furnishings, carpet, draperies, and wall coverings. Guest rooms measure 392 square feet, one of the largest accommodations in the Rocky Mountain region. Guest rooms also include the brand’s signature Grand Bed.
