Great Weekend Rate for luxury - posted on 05/18/2007

We loved the heated indoor pool and fitness room. They had iced towels in the work out room and equipment was maintained in excellent shape. Friendly service. Parking and wifi fees were annoying esp. on the weekend. One night's event on the top floor made parking difficult and kept us up because of loud music. Construction could be a problem. Ask for a room that will be minimally affected by noise and disturbance of rennovations.

Nightmare - posted on 03/22/2007

Was handed a letter from the manager at check-in detailing hours of renovation work. Was promised no noise before noon on weekends. When power drills went off before nine, front desk knew nothing about letter. Charged for everything, including self-park and wifi (unusual for Tech Center on weekends)

Timely remodel coming - posted on 02/26/2007

Our stay was fine, courteous staff & nice pool. I was told a multi-million $ renovation would be starting later this month which will be good for room & bathroom maintenance

great weekend deal - posted on 02/17/2007

We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of a ski trip. pleasant surprise. good service at check in--very clean rooms. low rates on weekends. If you need a day to acclimate before heading up the mountain, this is the place.

Bad Stay at Hyatt - posted on 01/26/2007

Charge you for everything (parking & Internet), room freezing on arrival, no hot water for shower on departure, no snack machines, & carpet dirty. I've stayed at other comparable hotels and the Hyatt was more expensive with less ammenties. I won't be doing a return visit to the Hyatt (ever).

Note - posted on 08/30/2006

Stayed with my three children when we had soccer games. The room was beautiful and bedding very nice. The staff at the breakfast were great with the children and even provided an additional fruit smoothy to my soccer playing son. Pool was good for cool off after games. Two minor draw backs - did not know about $10 ($18 if they park your car) parking fee and we needed extra towels. My kids loved watching a wedding from upstaris cross over bridge. Very nice hotel.

nice hotel - posted on 08/23/2005

We only stayed one night, to attend a concert. The shuttle was a excellent resource. My only complaint is the parking. Valet was $18 and to park it yourself it was $10 to use the hotel garage. There was no other option.

Disappointing - posted on 12/30/2004

Great low price for nonbusiness hours, but water temp was luke warm at best. Also, don't get talked into the tower corner rooms -- very cramped! They look bigger then the standard room in the schematic, but reality is another thing! Also, watch your charges, they over charged us.
