This hotel is perfectly located downtown. The free 16th street mall shuttles combined with the overly helpful staff make it extremely easy to get around downtown. This hotel was clean and very safe. If you are planning a trip for outdoor activities you may not want to say directly downtown though.

The 116-room Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown is located in the heart of downtown Denver on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The six-story, non-smoking property is within walking distance of the Convention Center, the Denver Performing Arts Complex and Coors Field. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 100 guests. The hotel is close to the corporate offices of Qwest, Xcel, Accenture, Sprint-Nextel and TIAA Cref.

This Courtyard gets great reviews from former clients. They loved the location right at the 16th Street Mall which was great for shopping and a wide range of restaurants. The employees were praised for being efficient and friendly. Words of advice from earlier guests: If you want to be away from the noise of the Mall, ask for a room that faces in the opposite direction. Most clients say they will use this property on future visits to Denver and had no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.
