Our rooms were cramped, the cursing staff was unproffessional ... from the "free" continental breakfast that was not FREE to the fire alarms going off all night long with the front desk telling us to stay in our room...they don't think (but aren't sure) this is a real fire multiple times this has been the nightmare trip to Denver! With each moment at the hotel we were more and more upset and wishing we'd booked down the street!

The room had not been vacuumed before our arrival and was not vacuumed during our stay. It looked as though it had not been done in weeks. The water was cold and the shower miserable. This is not a good neighborhood and we worried about our car in the parking lot.
