The four-story, non-smoking property is near upscale residential communities and new business developments in north Colorado Springs. The hotel has 113 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Items included with the room rate are a hot buffet breakfast, lights dinners and drinks on Monday through Wednesday evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, Pikes Peak Highway, the Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the University of Colorado, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Fort Carson.

All the suites have a kitchen with conventional oven and microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker and a full set of cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, pullout sofa bed, television with cable news and movie channels, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.
