Nice centrally located extended stay hotel..my wife made great use of full kitchen that came with our one bedroom...clean, neat,helfull staff..would recommend

This is an old condominium complex converted to an extended stay hotel. Residents here are treated to all the sounds of the people above you. Old construction, very dated. Actually is comfortable except for the feeling of hearing every squeak of the floors above.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities could use a face lift. For the most part it was a very reasonable stay. The kitchen was a great plus for saving money. The suites were roomy for the three of us. There could be more laundry facilities on site. We found it very centrally located for the activities we had planned.

Stayed with gorgeous view of Pikes Peak in winter. Saved alot of money with full kitchen. Clean, great staff and management. Always there when we needed help with something.

Wonderful property!! Couldn't believe the size of the place for the cost. Highly recommend for ant one traveling looking to save money.

This place really saved me alot of my companies money with the full size kitchen I didn't have to eat out all the time. The room was nice and quiet with a great view of the golf course. I'll definitely go back when I come back into town.
