The hotel wasn't able to activate our key cards so each time we wanted to get into our room, we had to wait for security to open the door (They didn't even check our ID's so we could have gotten into any hotel room.) The hotel's respone: "it's not our fault the key cards aren't working". Other issues: ice machine in the hall was about as loud as a dump truck, we asked for extra towels and they brought us 1 towel about an hour later, stains on the bedspread, restroom off the lobby was marginally clean.

Took more than 3 hours to check in, stayed 7 nights, had to make up our own room almost daily, complaints went unheeded by management

The Hilton website was misleading. It refers to the hotel as "new" but actually only went through new ownership. The lobby is the best part of the hotel. Rooms are very dated and need renovation. Some of the staff members were very rude and weren't very helpful about attractions/events in the area. Beds were very uncomfortable and thermostat unit broke in room causing room to be very hot. As a business traveler on leisure I was not at all impressed with hotel.
