The 90-room Courtyard by Marriott Colorado Springs South is in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is just minutes away from downtown and has easy access to Interstate 25 and Highway 115. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 40 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, Pikes Peak Highway, the Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the University of Colorado, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Fort Carson.

Former guests say this is a wonderful place to stay. The staff makes that extra effort to insure everyone has a good time. Guests were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and said the breakfast was excellent and well worth the money. All the guestrooms, and three suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobes, pullout sofa bed, and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone.

From Colorado Springs Airport (COS) 8 miles: Exit the airport on Milton Proby Parkway and continue west to Academy Boulevard (third stoplight). Milton Proby Parkway will change names to Drennan Road but continue heading west until you reach Academy Boulevard. Turn left onto Academy Boulevard (south) and follow to I-25. Take I-25 north to exit 138 (Circle Drive). At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left (west) onto Lake Avenue. Turn left on Tenderfoot Hill (approximately one mile from I-25). Take the first right onto Tenderfoot Hill Street and go to the end of the street.
