Although this hotel presents well with great views of the mountains and immediate access to food/shopping within walking distance. We were unhappy with the comfort of the beds/pillows and our bathroom had mold on the ceiling/wallpaper around the shower. For the price it was good.

We really enjoyed the shopping area right across from the hotel.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom.

Great hotel with plenty of shopping near. Staff was great, and beds were comfortable. Cable channels were a little light, but good enough.

Good clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Pool was closed for a period of time, but was a maintenance problem. Got fixed.

This is a top-notch hotel with elegant rooms most of which enjoy spectacular views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Those who have stayed at his Hilton Garden Inn have enjoyed excellent service from a professional and friendly team of employees. Those intent on some retail therapy were delighted with the location directly across the street from The Promenade Shops at Briargate. Most clients highly recommend the property and plan to stay here themselves on future visits to Colorado Springs.
