Customer Reviews for The Broadmoor

This is the finest American hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and the views were breathtaking. The grounds are well-kept, and service is top-notch. I would recommend it to everyone!

Fabulous Place - posted on 08/11/2005

This was our first time at the Resort, and we'd go back tomorrow! We went with our family and grandchildren and everyone loved it. The food was outstanding, the rooms elegant but very comfortable. Great!

If there were such a thing as 6 stars, this hotel/resort would get it. Spent the 4th of July week here and can't wait to come back during Christmas. It's Heaven on Earth!!!

Visited the Broadmoor for a conference and would return in a heartbeat! It was a winter wonderland during the snow but the summer would be perfect.

Do not let 5-star fool you - posted on 04/14/2006

This Hotel has very nice view. That is it, everything else is on par with any other 3 star hotel, but at three to four times the rate. Their newest Restaurant (the Summet) had dirty silver ware, had to ask for the water and my server who could not speak any English. This is not The Broadmoor it used to be, now it is large convention center at best.

Found a dirty diaper in my room. Over crowded Vegas style convention center for three times the price. Service is on par with the Red Lion. Half of the staff from Jamaica and the other half do not speak English.

Anniversary - posted on 08/26/2005

Deserving of high marks, with impeccable views and outdoor facilities, and with restaurants to match. It's just as much a campus as a hotel. Only drawback for us: our fifth floor South Tower room was very small (particularly the bathroom) and in need of updating. The stained furniture could use re-upholstry. Construction was evident in some areas, but did not affect us.
