Beaver Run Condos - posted on 02/26/2007
Beaver Run is a terrific condo complex with a nice pool and hot tubs. It is close to the slopes, rentals, ski schools, and town. It provides free, excellent, quick transportation throughout Breckenridge. We have stayed at Beaver Run for many years and plan to continue to do so in the future. Some years ago bad snow conditions would not allow us to fly into Denver and reach the condo. We had to notify Beaver Run that it was necessary that we cancel our vacation. Although it was not expected, they refunded us the entire amount of money for our reservation.
GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT!!! - posted on 02/14/2007
This hotel was GREAT! WE stayed in a colorado suite and it was great! AWesome location, right on the slope and lifts, plus right next to the bus stop to take you around town. not a far walk to main street. Great indoor pool... wish I would have know to bring a bathing suit! Great times wouldn't stay anywhere esle!!
We loved it! - posted on 01/15/2007
We just returned from Beaver Run and the hotel is completely remodeled. The rooms were spacious - we stayed in the delux suite our friends had the two room suite. Our room also had a great view of the lifts and the ski runs. The only negitive thing I can say is the place is a little confusing there are 4 buildings all connected by indoor walkways. The walkways do have stairs from building 4. If you have never been to breakenridge before educate yourself on altitude sickness and take the proper procautions. We loved breckenridge and the Beaver Run Resort and want to visit again!
Ski Time - posted on 12/26/2006
We drove up to Breckenridge in a blizzard. It was snowpack and quarter mile visibility the whole way up from Denver. The hotel staff was young and seasonal. They were kind enough to let us check in early. Our "Studio Suite" was very nice with a kitchen-ette and a jetted tub. The only beef with the room was the bed being fairly uncomfortable and the hideaway in the couch even less comfortable. The room was in building 4 and was truly ski in / ski out. I would stay there again.

Maid out - posted on 01/10/2006
Maid did not even clean the room on Saturday. Light bulbs and towels were requested on Friday and never showed up. No concierge was available on Friday night, so the bellman was busy for 15 minutes helping customers figure ou the bus system. This facility has great potential, but was under staffed or poorly staffed for our visit.
High Expectations - posted on 11/30/2005
We visited Breckenridge for our anniversary. The resort was nice but our room was tiny. The bathroom was very small. We would definately go back but get a suite instead of the basic room. The hot tubs were great. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Main street is a short walk away.

COOOL TRIP - posted on 08/01/2005
It was grreat to get out of the desert heat and in to the cool mountain air in Colorado. Our one bedroom suite at Beaver Run was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was great for buffet breakfast and the service was fine. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tubs. Most impressive was the concierge who located a rafting trip on the Arkansas River with transportation for us after our first one was suddenly cancelled. As a travel professional I would definately reccommend Beaver Run to any of my clients.
