This hotel was a perfect solution for us. It was quiet, clean and pleasant. We especially appreciated access to our computer and the balcony that overlooked a nice courtyard filled with flowers and birds.

This was a wonderful hotel, conviniently located in Boulder. The staff took care of our needs simply, without being obtrusive, you would almost think the hotel ran itself if you didn't know how much work it must be.

The rooms were pleasent and they made me feel comfortable.

It was a little difficult to find, it's sign was behind a tree and we would not have found it if we didn't have the street number.

Although, not right in the center of the Boulder action, this hotel was very near to the Pearl Street Mall, about a 5 minute car ride. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only food on the premises was breakfast which was average. The surrounding area was clean and neat but too "industrial" to be of any real charm.

Roomy, clean, well appointed rooms.

No fan in bathroom!

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Boulder provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of Pearl Street, noted for its wide range of restaurants and shops. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a copy of USA Today and coffee and other hot drinks available in the lobby 24/7. The property is close to the University of Colorado, with its Mackey Auditorium and Fiske Planetarium, the Boulder Flatirons and historical Chautauqua Park. There are two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Downtown Denver is a 40-minute drive.

All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a large work desk with high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and two-line telephone with voicemail. Many visitors to this Courtyard liked the location in a quiet office park but close to shops and restaurants. Several noted that the lobby and public areas were much larger than the normal Courtyard. There were good reviews about the employees who were kind, efficient and responded quickly if there was a problem. Several families said the rollaway bed saved them the cost of an additional room, making this an economical place to stay.
